Education minister Botcha Satyanarayana has said that students should always be innovative and smart to survive in the competitive world. He exhorted that the students should keep themselves ahead of the times to realise their goals. The Minister inaugurated the state level Poly Tech Fest 2022-23, here on Thursday.
