Instagram, TikTok and Twitter Among 19 Tech Giants Set to Face Stricter EU Online Content Rules

The European Union (EU) on Tuesday announced that 19 platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, would be subject to the EU's Digital Services Act. The new, stricter online content rules come into effect in a few months' time and will apply to several firms that have more than 45 million monthly active users.
